HOW TO START A RETURN
- Email your request to email@example.com with your reason for return.
- Return instructions will be replied once receive your request.
- Ship your item to designated address and give us the documents related to the return following our return instructions.
- Once the package is received your return will be completed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS *
- All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered, and include any original packaging, including all original tags.
- Swimwear (where the hygienic liner have been removed) is non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless they are actually faulty.
- For the return of non-quality reasons, we will not refund the freight and even may charge $2 restore fee accroding to the actual situation.
- Bikini sets must be returned with both top and bottom.
- Customer service may offer a cash coupon for your return. Please note, items purchased with cash coupons are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account until we receive the item. -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 5-7 business days to process.

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
We are proud of our products, but we can't control the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check the item in good condition when receiving it. If the unfortunate thing really happens, please provide us with the Photo or video and contact us at email@example.com. Notice: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 14 days from receipt of products.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order BEFORE it’s collected by the shipping carrier. If your order has shipped, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
How long do I have to make a return?
Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service. The return shipping address will be emailed to you. Items must be shipped back to that address.
What is my return shipping cost?/ Will you pay for the return shipping cost?.
Please notice that Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Why I haven’t received my refund, and how can I do？
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
